Oaxaca City is a small, yet bustling metropolitan area in Mexico, where time is touched by quality. Everything in the state appears to be created with artisanal craftsmanship. The distillers in the surrounding area seem more connected to the land and natural elements than in many places, where the reliance on indigenous methods are not technically needed, but preferred. Is it the easiest way of creating? No, but there is something undeniably satisfying about the process of utilizing raw materials with perfectly trained intuition that can only be taught through years of human experience.
